About the book

The most famous vampire story ever written, retold so you can read it in Dutch at A2. Jonathan Harker travels to a castle in Transylvania to sell a London house to a polite old count. The count never eats, he has no reflection in the mirror, and every door of the castle is locked. Then fifty boxes of earth sail to England. In London, Lucy grows paler every day, and only one man understands why: Professor Van Helsing, of Amsterdam. This edition tells Bram Stoker's novel of 1897 in eight short chapters of clear Dutch, from the first night at the castle to the last race against the sunset.
