About the book
Alice follows a White Rabbit with a watch down a hole and finds a tiny door to the loveliest garden she has ever seen. But in Wonderland she is never the right size: one bottle makes her small, one cake makes her huge. A Caterpillar asks who she is, a cat leaves its grin behind, and at tea with the Hatter and the March Hare it is always six o'clock. When she gets into the garden at last, it belongs to a queen who wants everybody's head, Alice's too. This edition tells Lewis Carroll's book of 1865 in seven short chapters of clear Dutch, from the rabbit hole to the trial of the Knave of Hearts.
